Post-Estate-Cleanout Cleaning in Princeton, NJ
The contents go first. Then someone has to clean what is left.
That is the part we handle. We deep clean emptied estate properties across Princeton and the surrounding towns, so the house is ready to photograph, list, or hand over.
What we clean, and what we do not
We are a cleaning company, not a hauling company. We do not remove furniture, clear belongings, empty storage units, or take away junk.
If the house still has contents in it, the cleanout crew comes first. We come after.
Once the rooms are empty, we will handle the rest.

Who we do this for
Executors and estate attorneys settling a property. Realtors getting a house ready to list. Senior move managers finishing a downsize. And families who have just cleared a parent’s home.
It is rarely an easy week. We will keep this part off your plate.
How it works
- Tell us about the property. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and roughly when the cleanout finishes.
- We quote it individually. Estate properties vary a lot. We walk the property or review photos first, then give you a flat price.
- We clean. Usually in one visit. If it needs a second day, we will tell you before we start.
- We send photos when we are done. Helpful if you are settling the estate from out of state.
Common questions
Do you remove furniture or belongings?
No. We clean emptied homes. A cleanout or hauling company handles removal first.
What if the home has not been cleaned in years?
That is normal for estate work. It is what the walkthrough is for. Heavy buildup gets priced on what is actually there, and a change in scope may require a re-quote.
Can you work to a closing date?
Yes. Tell us the date up front and we will build the schedule around it.
Which towns do you cover?
Princeton, West Windsor, Lawrenceville, Plainsboro, Pennington, Hopewell, Montgomery, and Skillman.
Tell us about the property
Estate cleans are quoted individually, so a quick call is faster than the online calculator.
Call 609-372-5291 or send us the details. We will come back with a flat price and a date.
You will be in good hands.
