Before Cleaning...
Rescheduling or Cancellation: If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation or rescheduling fee.
Decluttering: Please remove piles of clothing, toys, or other items that may obstruct our cleaning process. If extensive organization is needed, consider adding organizational services to your booking. Without this, the appointment may exceed the scheduled time.
Furniture Movement: If you require cleaning under or behind large furniture, please ensure it is moved before our team arrives. To prevent injuries, our staff is not permitted to move heavy furniture.
Booking the Correct Service: It is essential to book the appropriate service for your needs. Our team is committed to exceeding expectations, but booking the wrong service may result in additional charges or time adjustments, which could disrupt our schedule. If the correct services are not booked, we cannot guarantee our work.
Trash Removal: Please ensure that excessive trash is removed before the cleaning. Our team can dispose of up to two large kitchen bags of trash.
Toilet Preparation: Flush all toilets prior to the team’s arrival.
Pet Safety: Secure your pets in a designated area for their safety and the efficiency of our cleaning process. If your pet sheds or has left stains, please include the pet fee in your booking.
Linen Preparation: If you require linen changes, please set out clean sheets on each bed prior to our arrival.
